Reiki is an ancient, sacred energy healing practice that supports balance, alignment, and harmony within the body’s chakras and energetic pathways. In my Reiki sessions, I serve as a clear and compassionate channel for healing energy. Through a light, intentional touch, I help guide energy where it is needed most, encouraging deep relaxation and energetic flow. You will recline comfortably on a massage table, fully clothed and covered with a blanket, allowing your nervous system to soften and your body to rest.
Each session is intuitively guided and may include the use of sound, essential oils, or crystals, depending on what your energy is calling for in the moment. No two sessions are ever the same, as the work unfolds in alignment with your unique energetic needs and highest good.
Following your session, I will share any images, messages, or intuitive insights that came through during your healing. Clients leave feeling grounded, centered, and more deeply connected to themselves.

Reiki is an ancient practice that provides healing, and balance of the body's chakras and energy pathways, using safe and pain-free techniques.
Theresa Lyn uses a healing touch, activating the body's natural healing process. During a Reiki session, the client is reclined comfortably on the massage table, fully dressed, and then covered with a blanket.
She may use sound, essential oils, or crystals during your session. Following your session, she will share with you any images, messages and other information collected during the session.
Each session is unique and spiritually guided.

$825 for a 5-Hour Day
Indulge yourself with a unique spiritual spa experience. Immerse yourself in healing energy for personal rejuvenation!
Your spa day will include an entire private Reiki session for clearing and balancing your Chakras, connecting with spiritual messages, followed by a 60-minute Sound Bath customized to your Chakras.
Your experience will also include nourishment with a light meal (please provide any specific meal restrictions).
