This workshop/support group explores how stress impacts one's relationship with food, and offers support and insights toward managing stress and designing a diet that promotes physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

About the Event
Each phase in our life brings unique challenges. Life's responsibilities play a role as well as our personal needs. Our bodies also have unique challenges and needs with each phase of our life. What once worked with diet and exercise may no longer have the same desired results. Many people become frustrated and overwhelmed when trying to navigate in order to get the results for wellness they are seeking.
This 4 week group gathering is an effort to empower each individual with support and encouragement for their individual goals. We will focus on Dr. Anna Cabeca's recent release, MenuPause (purchase of this book is highly recommended but not required) and her wonderful recommendations for adapting to our body's needs in relavence to hormonal responses. This workshop is for everyone!
Each session will begin with a short motivational meditation. We will journal, and share our experiences while feeling supported from week to week.
