Mudras facilitate the flow of energy in the subtle body and enhance one's journey within. It is believed that mudras create a connection to Cosmic Consciousness and Divine Infinite Intelligence. There are many mudras and each one is designed to produce a specific outcome, depending on the individual’s needs. This deep healing practice will give you the tools to develop your personal practice to meet your daily needs, and to accommodate changes in intentions and focus. Explore mudras step by step and add a new experience to your spiritual practice!
A mantra is a sacred utterance, sound, or group of words in Sanskrit believed to have psychological and spiritual powers. Mantra is an instrument of the mind—a powerful sound or vibration that you can use to energize and access spiritual states of consciousness. The most recognizable mantra is ‘Om’. Chanting unites the body and mind with sound therapy as vibration and frequency are elevated. Combining mudras and mantras amplifies the energy you are invoking. You will learn, practice and experience very powerful mantras from ancient spiritual practice.

Class will be held from 12:00 - 2:30 pm, on Sunday, March 22, 2020.
