Childrens Introduction to Reiki

This class is designed to introduce Reiki to children 8 to 12 years of age.  Reiki is a wonderful tool for children to use to assist in reducing anxiety, stress, or physical discomfort. Reiki can benefit the child for self-soothing during times of emotional or physical stress.  Each child will gain the understanding of energy healing for self as well as for others. Reiki assists in the development of compassion and empathy for self and others while strengthening a connection to Divine Universal Energy.  Through active participation, the student will learn about energy, the basics of chakras, practice tuning into their own energy body, and send Reiki to self and others.   A certificate of completion will be presented at the end of this class.
