The body is an amazing machine equipped with energies that enable one to self-heal. At times, healing may become compromised due to external factors that are beyond one's control. As a certified Reiki Master, I can work with you with the goal of bringing your healing energies into balance and empowering you with the ability to attain peace, joy and overall well-being.
Hands-on Reiki is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes of the body, as well as to restore physical and emotional well-being. As a certified Reiki Master/Teacher, I help clients reduce stress and anxiety, and enable them to pursue a life of purpose and joy.
Spiritual Spa Day
$475 for a 5 Hour Day
Indulge yourself with a unique spiritual spa experience. Immerse yourself in healing energy for personal rejuvenation!
Your spa day will include an entire private Reiki session for clearing and balancing your Chakras, connecting with spiritual messages, followed by a 90-minute Sound Bath customized to your Chakras.
Your experience will also include nourishment with a light meal (please provide any specific meal restrictions).
You will conclude your day by choosing one of the following experiences:

Bring your chakras into balance and harmony with the healing frequencies of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and shamanic drumming. Your chakras will be assessed and balanced while releasing stuck or stagnant energy. Leave feeling relaxed and vibrant!

Copper Pyramid Seated Reiki
30 - minute Session- $60
Reiki energy is sent to you while seated under the copper pyramid. Pyramids have been used since ancient times for healing and spiritual benefits. The shape of the pyramid is seen to bring in energy and amplifies whatever is under it. Sitting within the pyramid one can experience pure energy, serenity and calmness. This energy is further enhanced by copper, which is an excellent conductor of energy. You will sense the enhanced flow of energy during this session. Following the session you will receive a three card oracle reading.

The Chumpi Stones contain the energy of the mountains of Peru. The stones feature the energies of the condor, puma, serpent, coca leaf and hummingbird. Reiki is a natural, safe method of spiritual healing that channels and transfers life force energy from the hands of the Reiki practitioner to the subject's energy field. Spiritual guidance enables the Reiki to flow from the practitioner's hands and into the clients energy field . Theresa Lyn uses a healing touch, activating the body's natural healing process. During a Reiki session the client is reclined comfortably on the massage table, fully dressed , and then covered with a blanket. Theresa Lyn may use sound, essential oils, or crystals during your session. Following your session Theresa Lyn will share with you any images, messages and other information collected during the session. Each session is unique and spiritually guided. Following a session you will feel very relaxed and free from stress.
